Are you a boss bxtch that needs a space to be heard and fuck yeahed, cheered for and reminded that yes, you absolutely CAN do the thing, that your vision is valuable, that your struggle is valuable, that you can take all the time you need, doing the thing, that we love you, that you inspire us, that if your vision changes, then fuck yeah, we’re here for the new thing?

Asks like: “I need you to tell me what I just said was really important” or “I need you to reassure me that I’m not failing by changing course”, or “I need you to cheer and cat-call at me for 30 seconds”, or “I need someone to process this with, after the meet-up”? Or “I need really gentle, compassionate feedback, and that’s a scary ask for me”? Do you want to receive the collaborative emotional support that you vulnerably need, in order to move forward with your torch held high?
I facilitate safe, structured and powerful spaces for leaders to deepen in their inner authority through genuine collaborative vulnerability with each other.
